This Privacy Policy explains how I, Sean Cornall trading as ConflictWorks, collect, use, store, and share personal data through this website and in the course of delivering my coaching and mediation services. I am committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

- To schedule appointments via a third-party scheduling tool (Calendly)

5. Third-Party Tools and Providers
As part of delivering my services, I use the following trusted third-party providers:
Typeform
- Used for collecting responses to the Free Conflict Audit.
- When you complete the audit, your responses (including name and contact details) are securely stored by Typeform.
- Data collected: your name, email address, and audit responses
- Purpose: to generate your personalised audit insights and follow up if requested

Google Sheets
- Used to securely store responses and contact details submitted through Typeform.
- Access is restricted solely to me (Sean Cornall).
- Data is stored within a password-protected Google Workspace account.

Canva
- Used to create personalised PDF reports based on your audit responses.
- Minimal personal data (typically name and selected audit content) is used for report generation.

Crucial Learning
- Used to generate and administer assessments for coaching clients.
- If you agree to this service:
- I share your name and email address with Crucial Learning to create your assessment account.
- You will receive access to your assessment and results, which I may use for coaching purposes.

Calendly
- Used to book and schedule sessions.
- If you book a session, Calendly will collect your name, email address, and availability.

GoodNotes
Used to create and store my coaching session notes and professional reflections in digital handwritten form on Apple devices.
- Data stored: brief coaching notes relevant to our work together
- Purpose: to support continuity, reflection, and quality of coaching
- Storage: notes are stored within my password-protected Apple iCloud account and synchronised across my personal devices only

6. Data Storage and Retention
Contact form data is stored locally on my computer.
Client and assessment data are stored securely via Apple iCloud, Google Workspace, and GoodNotes.
Audit responses are stored in Google Sheets and used for report creation in Canva.
I am the only person with access to this data.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal or professional obligations.
If you request deletion of your data, I will remove all identifiable information from Typeform, Google Sheets, Canva, and GoodNotes records.
6A. Coaching Notes and Professional Records
As part of my coaching practice, I keep brief digital handwritten notes during or immediately after each session using GoodNotes on my personal Apple devices. These notes are used solely to support continuity and reflection between sessions and are stored securely for the duration of our coaching relationship.
These notes are not shared with anyone and are deleted at the end of our work together.
If you wish to receive a copy of what was noted during a session, you can request this at any time while we are still working together. I will then type and share a summary of the relevant notes with you.
For professional accreditation and ethical supervision purposes:
- I record dates, times, and duration of sessions to maintain my professional coaching log.
- I keep reflective journals about my coaching practice. These are anonymised and do not contain identifiable information or content from your sessions.
- These anonymised records may be shared with my professional body (EMCC) if required for accreditation or supervision purposes.
All reflective materials are used solely for my ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
7. Your Rights Under the UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccuracies
- Request deletion of your data where appropriate
- Restrict or object to certain types of processing
- Request data portability (in certain cases)

8. Data Security
I take appropriate measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
This includes password protection, encryption, and secure cloud storage through reputable providers (Apple iCloud, Google Workspace, Canva, Typeform).
No external parties have access to your personal data unless required by law.
9. Sharing Your Data
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
Your data may be shared only:
- With the third-party tools listed above, for operational purposes
- With legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law
Access to all systems is restricted solely to me.
10. Cookies and Analytics
This website is hosted by IONOS and uses IONOS SiteAnalytics, which may collect anonymised data such as:
- Referrer (previous website visited)
- Requested web pages
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Anonymised IP address
- Time of access
These analytics are used to understand how the site is used and improve functionality. No personally identifiable information is tracked.
11. International Data Transfers
Some of the third-party tools I use (Apple, Google, Canva, Typeform, Calendly, Crucial Learning) may process data outside the UK or EEA.
In all cases, data is transferred only where adequate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions under UK data protection law.

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in the services I provide.
